Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your beauty items in their original boxes, ensuring all lids are securely tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
